The Porsche 911 Soft Window Targa was only made for 2 years, being 1967 and 1968. Many of these cars were sold in the USA on the East Coast due to the warmer climate suiting this model. However the short lived soft window was replaced by the fixed glass window that remained in production until 1989, before the model change to the 964.
This Porsche 911 Targa for sale is one of the first. Being in need of complete restoration, this 911 Targa needs some minor rust repair, but overall is straight and complete. Still LHD, the matching numbers car is a worthwhile candidate for restoration or hot rodding (see pictures below).
