The Porsche 911 S was a major performance improvement when released in 1967. The Targa was also released in the same year by Porsche. Combine these together and you have a very rare car.
This soft window S targa Porsche for sale is a rare and beautiful car. Originally from California, the car was imported to Australia by Porsche Classics in 1999. This 1967 Porsche 911 S Soft Window Targa has had very little work done since being acquired. However the history that came with this car shows a long list of receipts. The car had been previously owned by the CEO of Sony. The car comes with Hella driving lights, wooden steering wheel, and a bursch exhaust, which gives the most exhilarating sound. While not concours, the car does present extremely well and is a worthwhile candidate for a light restoration or TLC. The Porsche 911 S Soft Window Targa remains Left Hand Drive and was registered in Victoria until last year.
