The Classic Porsche for sale was the first roadster to have the new updated B model front nose. The roadster was different to the Speedster which had been discontinued in 1958/1959. The Porsche 356 B Roadster was also different to the other soft top 356 the cabriolet in that it had a chrome front window surround, and no vent windows on the doors. The car was also lighter and was more light weight and not as luxurious.
This Porsche 356 B Roadster has been acquired by Porsche Classics in 2005, and has since undergone a total OUTLAW restoration. The car has been modified to have some very interesting customised features and will be completed towards the end of 2008. Be sure to check it out at the 356 National Concours at Como Park in Victoria, when it will have its first public showing.
